These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Market Battles (“the Game”, “we”, “us”), a browser-based investing-history game available at master-ai.cn/games/en. By accessing or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
The Game lets you replay famous moments in market history with historical price charts and headlines and make simulated decisions, then scores those decisions. All trading within the Game is simulated. Historical re-creations are simplified and dramatized for learning and entertainment and may not perfectly reflect real events.
You can play without creating an account. Your progress and unlock status are stored locally in your browser on your device.
Because the Game is a digital product delivered instantly, please review the free scenarios before purchasing. Refund requests are handled by Creem as Merchant of Record; if you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us at the email below or contact Creem, and we will help in good faith.
The Game and its content — including scenario design, text, visuals, and code — are owned by the operator and protected by applicable law. Historical facts and data are used for educational re-creation. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Game; no ownership is transferred to you.
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or historically exact. Nothing in the Game constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for any real-world financial decisions you make; the Game is not a basis for them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Game. The Game involves no real money or securities.
We may modify the Game or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the operator’s jurisdiction. Payment-related matters are additionally subject to the terms of Creem as Merchant of Record.
