Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to the one-time purchase of Market Battles, a browser-based investing-history game available at marketbattles.com. Payment is processed by Creem (creem.io), acting as the Merchant of Record for the transaction.

1. What you are buying

Market Battles offers free scenarios and a single one-time purchase (currently US$19) that unlocks all scenarios. There is no subscription and no recurring billing — it is a one-time payment. After purchase you receive a license key by email; entering a valid key unlocks the Game on your device.

2. Cancellation

Because the unlock is a one-time purchase rather than a subscription, there is nothing recurring to cancel. You will not be billed again after the single purchase.

3. Refunds

The unlock is a digital product delivered instantly. If something is wrong — for example you were charged but did not receive a working license key, the key does not unlock the Game, or you were charged in error — you are entitled to a refund. We handle every request in good faith.

• Refund requests are processed by Creem as Merchant of Record, and you may also contact Creem directly about a charge.
• The fastest path is to email us at the address below; we will review and, where a refund is due, work with Creem to issue it.
• Please include the email used at checkout and your order or receipt number from Creem so we can locate the payment quickly.
